Every day, we make an assortment of maamouls (traditional shortbread biscuits with walnuts, pistachios and dates), nammouras (a delicious cake flavored with honey and orange blossom), chocolate zaatar cookies and sesame pistachio cookies "barazek" style.
We also serve our Mouhalabieh, the legendary Lebanese rose and orange blossom flan, which is one of the most iconic Lebanese desserts, famous for its lightness and inimitable taste.
Next, we offer our famous oriental cheesecake with pistachio, honey and orange blossom, created by pastry chef Rania Morsy, which has become a staple on our dessert menu.
Finally, the highlight of the show, we also prepare our own knefeh, a delicious oriental cheesecake, accompanied by Lebanese Asha ice cream, which is definitely worth tasting in the restaurant.
