🍪 A little message to tell you that a new cookie is available in Libshop restaurants. The "Cookie of Damascus", a Sesame Pistachio Zaatar cookie, inspired by the famous barazek, a delicious Syrian dry biscuit. All prepared from ghee butter, and flavored with cinnamon, anise and cloves.
It completes our range of homemade desserts, including the Zaatar chocolate cookie, and lebanese flan.
