L&#039;idea \u00e8 fare <strong>LA lista di piatti tradizionali autentici e deliziosi<\/strong>, eppure ingiustamente fraintesa al di fuori del Libano e pi\u00f9 in generale del Medio Oriente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Piatti delle nonne del villaggio<\/strong>, insomma, che mi ha nutrito durante la mia infanzia, e le cui ricette troverete facilmente in rete!<\/p>\n<p>La maggior parte di questi piatti ha molte varianti e ovviamente non sono esclusivi del Libano, poich\u00e9 la maggior parte dei paesi del Levante li condivide e se ne appropria.<\/p>\n<p>Se ti \u00e8 piaciuta questa classifica, non esitare a condividerla \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>20. Inoltre, mangiare carne rossa cruda \u00e8 un piacere che dovrebbe essere goduto in modo relativamente raro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>19. Kneffeh<\/h2>\n<p>Una sorta di cheesecake mediorientale, il Kneffeh \u00e8 un dessert a base di formaggio, pasta kadaif e uno sciroppo aromatizzato ai fiori d&#039;arancio o all&#039;acqua di rose. Consumato in tutto il Medio Oriente, questo dolcetto non troppo dolce \u00e8 assolutamente divino... da gustare con moderazione, ovviamente! Moussaka libanese<\/h2>\n<p>Nello stesso genere del piatto precedente, la moussaka libanese \u00e8 un piatto vegetariano con melanzane, pomodoro e ceci.<\/p>\n<p>Siccome non mi piace molto il sapore delle melanzane alla base, la moussaka libanese e lo sceicco el mehchi sono due piatti cos\u00ec succulenti che la melanzana viene incredibilmente sublimata, al punto da trasformare qualsiasi melanzano-scettico in vero vegetariano.<\/p>\n<p>Questo piatto si mangia sia caldo che freddo.
