Pour rappel, les valeurs recommand\u00e9es en fer pour un adulte sont de 8mg pour les hommes, et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 18mg pour les femmes, et le fer est <strong>particuli\u00e8rement utile pour le transport de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dans le sang et pour la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;olive apporte \u00e9galement du cuivre, et bien qu&rsquo;on ait besoin de ce micronutriment en quantit\u00e9 infinit\u00e9simale, il assure la solidit\u00e9 des os, la qualit\u00e9 des tissus conjonctifs et du cartilage, notamment en participant \u00e0 la formation du collag\u00e8ne, et il permet \u00e9galement de lutter contre les infections.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, l&rsquo;olive et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive sont riches en calcium et surtout en vitamine E. La Vitamine E pourrait\u00a0<strong>contrer la survenue de crises cardiaques et d\u2019accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux<\/strong>, favoriserait l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation du taux de bon cholest\u00e9rol (HDL), permettant ainsi\u00a0<strong>une diminution de 25% du risque de maladies cardio-vasculaires<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La vitamine E jouerait \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le dans les r\u00e8gles douloureuses. Enfin, elle aurait \u00e9galement\u00a0<strong>une action dans la pr\u00e9vention de certains cancers<\/strong>\u00a0(poumon, estomac).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019autre int\u00e9r\u00eat majeur de l\u2019olive, c\u2019est qu\u2019elle contient une grande quantit\u00e9 de polyph\u00e9nols, qui <strong>ont\u00a0des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes qui prot\u00e8gent les cellules de notre corps<\/strong>. Ces polyph\u00e9nols contribuent \u00e0 <strong>pr\u00e9venir les risques de cancer, de maladies cardiaques et de maladie d\u2019Alzheimer et de Parkinson<\/strong>. Les sp\u00e9cialistes affirment qu\u2019une alimentation riche en phytonutriments favorise un vieillissement en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/h2>\n<p><strong>En pratique, la consommation quotidienne d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pourrait repr\u00e9senter entre 2 et 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe<\/strong>. A conserver dans une bouteille en verre, et \u00e0 l\u2019abri de la lumi\u00e8re.
