Here, no falafels, shawarma or chick taouk. Kneffeh<\/h2>\n<p>A sort of Middle Eastern cheesecake, Kneffeh is a dessert made with cheese, kadaif pastry, and a syrup flavored with orange blossom or rosewater. Eaten throughout the Middle East, this not-so-sweet treat is absolutely divine\u2026 to be enjoyed in moderation, of course! Lebanese moussaka<\/h2>\n<p>In the same genre as the previous dish, the Lebanese moussaka is a vegetarian dish with eggplant, tomato, and chickpeas.<\/p>\n<p>As I don&#039;t really like the taste of eggplant at the base, the Lebanese moussaka and the sheikh el mehchi are two dishes so succulent that the eggplant is incredibly sublimated, to the point of transforming any aubergino-skeptic into true vegetarian.<\/p>\n<p>This dish is eaten both hot and cold.
